Operation, reproduction, and access

Document privacy, error costs, input/output checks, human review, ownership, monitoring, rollback, and requirements for adaptation. Keep unvalidated apps local. Record replay checks, hardware/version sensitivity, text/table equivalents, manual review status, owner, and review date.
